All prescription medicines supplied through our service require a valid prescription issued by an authorised UK prescriber. Our prescribers will review your medical questionnaire before any prescription is issued. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be provided following your consultation.
Our pharmacist will review and approve all prescriptions before dispensing. You must inform us of any changes to your medical history, current medications, or health conditions. We may request additional information or refer you to your GP where clinically appropriate.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with or used by any other person.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards processed via secure payment providers.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. You will not be charged more than the price displayed at the time of your confirmed order. If your prescription is declined by our prescriber or pharmacist, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked postal or courier service to your confirmed UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, third-party couriers, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe location is confirmed, as some medications may require a signature upon receipt.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and the Medicines Act 1968.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
Our services do not replace your relationship with your NHS GP or other healthcare providers. Information provided on our website is for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about your health.
We accept no liability for harm arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the patient during the consultation process.
